Energy between Halloween and the Day of the Dead

Energy between Halloween and the Day of the Dead: in this exchange with the Founders of the Akashic Records, they answer this question:

What do the Founders want us to know about the energy of this time of year between October 31 and November 1?

At this time of the year between October 31 and November 1 is a time where the veil thins.

This goes back to the time of Sumeria where the end of the year happened in the fall during harvest season. The Sumerians believed the gods got together at that point in time to write the destiny of all humanity for the next year. The decisions were written for each person into the tablet of destiny.

This is where the idea of the Divine knowing you, paying attention to you, and foreseeing your destiny comes.

At the end of the year, if you made the right appeal, and if you’d been a good person, the gods would hear you and give you a good destiny.

This is where the whole idea of the thinning of the veil comes — a time for the gods gathering together to write the destiny for each person, drawing close to the Earth and, making themselves available. That was a period of time that had already moved away from a much more mystical way of interacting with the world.

Prior to the time of the Sumerians (over 3000 years ago), there was more mystical relationship between humanity and the divine — a belief they could have connection with the divine.

By the time of the Sumerians, the mind figured out how to interact with the divine because it essentially had lost the more mystical capacity. The mystical capacity could only be held by people, special people, like priests and priestesses, the holy people at the temple. Humanity believed that it took a special person to have a divine connection. The special people are saying at this time, the gods can hear you.

And so this idea of Halloween and the Day of the Dead as being a time when the veil thins comes from this history.

The Founders understand in this day and age this is definitely true.

But it’s not only this time of the year. It’s every day. It is our ability to have spiritual consciousness, to have mystical understanding, to be connected, both locally and non locally, is who we are.

It’s much more about being willing to claim that capacity for yourself and learn the best way for you to be aware of that capacity.

In a certain sense, the thinning of the veil is for you to understand your capacity. This is not a trick, it’s very much a treat.
