In a recent Akashic Record Insights Workshop, we explored a bit about trusting your inner energy. Discussion began with this question:
Energetically, what’s the difference between receiving the flow versus running after?
This reflection explores the shift from chasing external validation to trusting inner energy. By allowing universal energy to flow toward us, we align with resonance rather than judgment. This trust in personal truth opens the door to infinite possibilities and authentic living.
Breaking the Habit of Blind Production
For many, productivity begins with a to-do list and the drive to get it done. This mindset often pulls energy outward, fueled by the belief that what you need exists outside of yourself. This approach, which I call “blind production,” focuses on doing rather than being. It reinforces the idea that worth is proven through external action.
However, energy doesn’t flow outward by nature—it wants to move toward you. When you chase, you create resistance, pushing what you seek further away. Instead, taking a deep breath and releasing tension allows energy to flow toward you naturally.
The Motion of Receiving
On an energetic level, the universe moves toward you, carrying what you seek. This natural flow reveals that what you’re searching for often already exists within you. By stepping into this momentum, you align with the affirmation: “Everything moves toward me quickly, easily, and safely.”
This shift from chasing to receiving invites trust in yourself and the unknown. You move beyond the need to control every outcome, embracing the infinite possibilities life offers.
Letting Go of High Vibration Judgments
In recent decades, the idea of proving worth through high vibration has emerged. This concept often traps people in a cycle of judgment—of themselves and others—based on arbitrary standards. True spiritual growth transcends this static view, focusing instead on resonance, the dynamic interplay of energy and intuition.
Resonance invites us to trust our intuitive awareness, moving beyond the limits of linear, rational thinking. It’s not about proving your truth to others but discovering what feels right to you. This self-trust becomes the foundation for personal power and authenticity, free from external validation or control.
