Expand Your Practice #3

Expand Your Practice #3: add ritual to your Akashic Records Practice with an affirmation, a mindful moment and questions to ask your Records.

Affirmation:

I expand my ability to trust myself as I connect with the Akashic Records.

Mindful Moment:

I have offered this practice to many students over the years. What I find interesting is that there is a clear difference in benefits from student to student, especially when any preconceived ideas are released before inquiring. Plus, there are those students who have no interest in this topic just as there are those who create a notebook filled with details and possibilities.

All I ask is an open mind and making the effort for at least two to three gemstones of your choosing. Be surprised!

In this practice, explore the Akashic Records to receive personal information about gemstones, minerals, or metals and how you might incorporate them into your Akashic Records practice.

To create an exploration list, begin with these general information questions first and then proceed to specific examples.

Question Set – Part One:

Gather what you need, open your Akashic Records, and ask these questions:

1. What gemstones, minerals, or metals will be beneficial for me to use in opening my Akashic Records?

2. Is there anything else for me to know about using these materials with the Akashic Records?

3. Are there any questions for me to ask about the materials I use with the Akashic Records or in my life?

Question Set – Part Two:

Using suggestions you received, create a list of gemstones, minerals, or metals to explore. Add any questions your received or can think of to the following question set.

Gather what you need, open your Akashic Records, and ask these questions for each stone on your list. Shift “xxx” to the name of the stone or material you are inquiring about.

  1. How did xxx come into physical form?
  2. What is the intention of xxx for me?
  3. How does xxx help me find healing balance within the Akashic Records?
  4. Does xxx have any suggestions for improving my connection with the Akashic Records?
  5. How do I clear or discharge xxx?
  6. Besides holding or having xxx near me while opening the Akashic Records, are there any other uses or techniques for xxx?
  7. What is xxx’s message for me today?
