Expand Your Practice #5

Expand Your Practice #5: add ritual to your Akashic Records Practice with an affirmation, a mindful moment and questions to ask your Records.

Affirmation:

I claim the power of me in all moments.

Mindful Moment:

The downside of limiting habits is the habit becomes a replacement for trust. When I hear a student begin a sentence, “I can only open the Akashic Records when xyz,” I know the student may be struggling not only with a limiting impulse, but, more importantly, is in the midst of battling a lack of trust. The limitation of habit crosses over into the illusion of control.

As you add support to your Akashic Records practice, take stock of yourself. Check to see if the need for additions is actually a struggle with trust. Maybe. Maybe not. Just check in and clear whatever needs releasing.

Now you can move towards defining what aromas will work for you personally. Begin with a check-in and some general questions to develop a list for further exploration

Question Set – Part One

Gather what you need, open your Akashic Records, and ask these questions:

1. Are there any issues of trust I need to address within my Akashic Records practice?

2. What aromas will be beneficial for me to use in opening my Akashic Records?

3. How can I ensure I use the support of aromas without developing limitations within my Akashic Records practice?

4. Is there anything else for me to know about using these aromas with the Akashic Records?

5. Are there any questions for me to ask about the aromas I use with the Akashic Records or in my life?

Question Set – Part Two

Based on what you received in the previous question set, develop a list of aromas that you want to investigate in your Akashic Records. Gather what you need, open your Akashic Records, and ask these questions for each item on your list. Shift “xxx” to the name of the stone or material you are inquiring about.

1. How did xxx come into physical form?

2. What is the intention of xxx for me?

3. How does xxx help me find healing balance within the Akashic Records?

4. Does xxx have any suggestions for improving my connection with the Akashic Records?

5. Besides using xxx oil near or on me while opening the Akashic Records, are there any other uses or techniques for xxx?

6. What is xxx’s message for me today?
