Part Three of The Energetics of Well-Being
Flow is awareness of energetic motion; essentially an awareness of motion from potential to form within All That Is. More specifically, Flow is also awareness of individual motion. This awareness arises from the intrinsic knowing of energy contained within Flow. Therefore, Flow is connected to awareness. As energy moves along the continuum, awareness is capable of various points of view depending on intention.
In other words, think of a river. Be aware of its motion as a body of water. Also focus on different individual motions within the whole like the flow towards the edge, or the flow in the depths, or the motion of this water drop.
Moreover, beyond the linear point of view, this link between awareness and Flow indicates that we are always engaged in an interactive response to Flow. Awareness of an aspect of Flow brings knowing. You process this knowing which shifts your awareness of Flow. This interaction may happen consciously or unconsciously.
Think again of a river. How you view the river comes from your intention and experience in the moment where your focus is guided by your intention. Sometimes you stand on the edge, barely dunking in your big toe. At other times, you dive in, immersing yourself in the entirety of the motion. Each experience provides a distinct perspective and understanding as awareness follows inherent motion, creating a systemic feedback which raises more motion and thus the possibility of more awareness.
Think of Flow in this expanded view because it is the awareness of motion that connects Flow with Balance. Flow is awareness of motion within the universal balance of All That Is.
