Healing is Balance, Shift, and Release, Strand Eighty from The New Akashic Records, describes how how healing is the energetic process which restores balance within the Akashic Records.
Healing is Balance.
Healing is Shift and Release.
Healing is the energetic process which restores wholeness. Healing is also an individual process, an action you take on your behalf to find wholeness for yourself. Healing is not done to you. Only you can embrace a healing shift for yourself; only you can embrace balance for yourself.
The motion of energy, within Non-Physical Reality and Physical Reality, is always in balance with the infinite and the eternal of All That Is. Balance is not a state that sometimes is and sometimes is not. Balance is, always. Balance exists as a natural condition of the flow of universal energy. Balance is infinite and eternal, found within all forms of energy. Balance, like motion, knowing, and intention, is an inherent characteristic of energy.
The word balance, from the Latin bilanx or two-scaled, means to bring the sides into equal consideration, to create equilibrium. Because balance always is, what changes from the human perspective is our awareness of balance. Through our awareness, we feel balance and we can also feel out of balance. To find balance, we ponder and we weigh our possibilities, we consider our truths and our doubts. We balance all of who we consider ourselves to be with all that we dream ourselves becoming. We want to find balance between our physical forms and the potential of our souls. In the process, we find balance is an inner experience that forms the journey of our lives.
Healing is also a process of release. The potential of our souls upon entering Physical Reality encounters opposition in the form of expectation, blame, fear and judgment (EBFJ) created within the physical being. This opposition clouds our awareness of balance. To find healing we work to release the expectation, blame, fear, and judgment which no longer serve. We shift our points of view, releasing anything which stands in the way of our awareness of balance within.
With release, we recover our awareness of balance and we realize that expectation, blame, fear, and judgment are natural components of our spiritual-physical experience as human beings. EBFJ emerge as gifts from yesterday’s journey and as guideposts to the choices we can make for ourselves now and tomorrow. The point is not to avoid, but embrace their knowing about the possibilities of shifting towards balance.
Expectations are the decisions you make based on your static information about how things ought to be. As expectations, these decisions are hard to release because they are made with the high assurance of the inflexible sense of identity we call ego. Ego does not want to be wrong and finds it hard to release expectations even in the face of a different and unexpected certainty.
Judgment defines sides, a right and a wrong, on any particular subject as a way of supporting an inflexible definition of self. Judgment finds it difficult to admit new information, to accept the possibility of erroneous notions. Backed into a corner, judgment would rather create failure and disappointment than admit to the error of its ways.
Fears are always about perceptions, about what might happen if and when. Again fear exists within a world that resists change, holding always to a static, inflexible perspective. Fear is also about the future, about the worry that something will happen if we do not do something else. Fear paralyzes, separating us from the power of our Center of Being. When we can acknowledge the fear we move into this present moment where we have access to our personal knowing and truth, where fear loses its control.
Blame finds fault for unmet expectations, trapping us this time in a past that did not go as we wanted. We assign blame because of the actions or inactions of others, events or self. If only xyz, then my life would be better. Our blame, and the resulting judgment, holds us forever in a past that never was. Holding blame frees us from the truth of our own responsibility for the course of our lives. Not even God escapes our game, our blame.
The process of healing does not require bringing individual attention to each and every EBFJ in order to find release and balance. They are often held beyond the reach of the mind within the feeling capacity of the heart, soul, and body. Come to an awareness of balance by asking, “What brings a sense of relief or release in this moment?” The mind cannot always respond. But by following the sense of inner feeling in your heart and in your body you can move toward the shift and release which ushers in a deep sense of balance.
This dynamic experience of energy manifests itself within every aspect of your life. Life is not static, life is dynamic, responding always in this moment to the possibility and intention of your spiritual-physical being. Healing is affirming the dynamic experience of life, always being able to work towards finding joy and peace. Balance is not about being perfect, especially when perfection is just another expectation which you judge, blame and fear. Balance acknowledges the constant ebb and flow in which one is always experiencing challenges to personal equilibrium. Thus life is not about avoiding opposition, life is about learning to breathe through the turmoil feeling the stillness and balance available in each moment. Life is acknowledging that balance is always available. Feel balance move toward you as you claim balance as the foundation of your life. Shift your perceptions, release whatever may stand in your way, so that healing is your experience within all moments, as a Being in balance with All That Is.
From another perspective, think about why you want information. Fundamentally, you want to know because you want to live life in a way that works for you. When you shift your thinking and feeling, you shift your relationship with All That Is and you experience healing, the process of finding balance and wholeness. Healing is a shift in perception, a shift in the way you hold the energy of your body, a shift in the way you perceive your life. Healing comes as one perspective is released and another steps forward until it is time to be replaced by another.
As already noted, healing is an individual process, which can be supported by others. Within the Akashic Records, healing can happen in the shift of your conscious awareness within the awareness of the Akasha itself. The process of receiving the knowing and information within a reading of the Akashic Records may also provide a healing shift. The Akashic Records allows and encourages you to come to your own understanding, to find a new perspective, always in service towards helping you find the best that you can be, helping you find your place of balance with All That Is.
