Question : How do you remember all you receive in the Akashic Records?

I can’t remember everything.
This is why I have a journal where I write down what I receive.
It’s not possible to remember partly because in any one interaction, there is so much which comes forward. Some is connected with my questions, and some comes as a tangent or an aside from the Records.
Another consideration is that I don’t want to remember because I want to be in the moment every time I connect with the Records.
If I can’t write it down, then I record the interaction. Or I say what I receive to someone around me.
When I hike, I take a journal with me in my backpack. I have a little journal in my purse to scribble notes.
I have lots of journals at this point!
I also don’t worry if I don’t capture everything. I learned over time to trust myself. I find that whatever I get down creates an anchor or a conduit to the energy of what I received.
If I get pictures, I draw them. If I get feelings, I describe them.
Over time, the Records have created a bit of a shorthand for me with particular words and phrases which point to much larger ideas and concepts.
Bottomline, take the pressure off of yourself. Write, record – whatever works for you so that you don’t stress. The stress gets in the way of trust and creates an opening for doubt.
