How literal does Heaven and Earth in the visualization need to be? It’s all about the feeling or sense which you have as you balance between heaven and earth.
How literal does heaven and earth in the visualization need to be?
Cheryl:
This is a great question!
The words of visualization are here to help give you a feeling of motion in a certain direction.
If I use the word heaven, that means something to some people that is different to other people.
For example, you’re saying you’re feeling like you’re going off into the cosmos. And that’s awesome.
Using the word heaven comes with the intention to move your awareness beyond the physical and into the non-physical realm of the transcendent or divine source.
Whatever your sense of this may be, wherever your mind goes is fine.
The whole point is about how you feel, what you sense.
This gets to what is often called the felt sense. The sense or feeling of an action or experience.
Thus, the visualization we use is not about the literalness of heaven and earth.
Rather, the visualization is an anchor for your experience of going beyond this dimension into the non-physical, divine dimension of the Akashic Records.
I’ll also add that the point is to not have you balance and center in the typical fashion with the earth.
The intention is to feel balance between heaven and earth.
This is a different way to balance than grounding to the Earth.
And this is entirely intentional to support your ability to find the deepest experience of the Akashic Records.
