Sensitivity to Environmental Triggers? The response from the Akashic Records covers environmental factors, stress, and the huge shift on Earth and with all human beings.
Participant:
I think this might pertain to a general group. It seems as though physically, actually on every level, but especially physically, the experience of having increased sensitivity to environmental factors, like food, is just constant. I advocate for my physical body, and I do everything I can to be healthy. However, what I would like to ask is, is there something about this given point in time in terms of the energy on the planet with respect to these physical kinds of ailments? I’m noticing increased sensitivity to all kinds of things in me and around me. A lot physical, a lot environmental, but they’re also emotional, and spiritual, as well. What’s that about? And how does it play out in the physical body?
Cheryl Marlene:
There are several things that come together here to address the issue that you’re raising.
Part of it is that people are experiencing more the breakdown of access to clean food, in a clean environment. There are challenges to sourcing healthy food, for example just growing food with chemicals causes a problem in the environment, because there are challenges to the environment that don’t really support optimal health. They don’t support a healthy existence.
Some of those are physical things like what’s in the air.
And then there’s another part of this that has to do with the way your bodies either do or do not accommodate stress. For example, a lack of fresh air or a lack of fresh water creates a certain kind of stress for you.
This is also all happening within the fact that there is a huge shift taking place on the planet and within human beings.
You are moving more and more towards what we refer to as physical-spiritual integration. And that integration process has its own effects, its own responses that you’re learning to live with.
In some respects, the physical sensitivities come, also, because the physical body is learning to be comfortable with awareness that’s broader than just a physical perspective, which is creating challenges.
There’s a way in which your bodies are receiving challenges from many directions, both inside of you and then around you, because the Earth is shifting, it’s becoming much more fluid, much more like the way energy flows.
The lines of energy that are often referred to as ley lines, for example. Your experience of them is that they’re like latitude and longitude lines, so they take the shortest direction round the Earth, like they encircle the Earth, but they’re also still like straight lines.
And what’s happening now is, because human beings are becoming more comfortable and more aware of living within physical spiritual integration, it allows the Earth to become more fluid as well, which also then supports the integration.
But that means that your connection to the Earth doesn’t have quite the same directness, because it’s like the ley lines are becoming S shaped, and they don’t take the shortest path around the Earth to create a connection, they may go off and then come back and might even loop around.
And the benefit to you from that is that you can begin to really experience your lives within a multi-dimensional perspective.
When you are physically and spiritually integrated, you start to experience multiple dimensions within you, as body, mind, heart, and soul. And when everybody’s doing that, and the Earth is doing that, the interactions start to create a sense of multi-dimensionality.
Because of all this fluidity, then you begin to have awareness of how that multi-dimensionality is also the experience of Earth, within Earth, like Earth, and her body, mind, heart and soul, and then how she is connected to other dimensions of realities, other macro physical spiritual fields which interact with each other.
So within the human being, not only are you dealing with the challenges around the cleanliness of your environments, and the cleanliness of your food supply, but you’re also moving into a new awareness of multi-dimensionality.
This means that you’re now aware of things that you might not have been sensitive to even just a couple of years ago, but definitely not 50 years ago.
In a certain sense, the more you are able to connect in with that integration of yourself, within your multiple dimensions, the more things that are not in resonance with that experience become things you become aware of and sensitive to.
Participant: For many years, my body doesn’t feel solid anymore. It feels wavy. And when I close my eyes, my pineal gland often becomes very activated, and it actually makes me feel a little bit nauseous sometimes because there’s so much movement. Additionally, I tend to have peaks and valleys with respect to my consciousness and with how I experience different dimensions. But when the experience is beyond what my nervous system can handle at any given point in time, it has to acclimate. So is all of this about acclimation?
Cheryl Marlene:
It’s like redialing an old, old radio into where you don’t feel static, where you had to get right up close to it and turn the knob just right. And where your radio was set in your house, or where your house was located relative to where the radio waves were coming in influenced where the static was, or where it wasn’t.
That’s like what you’re learning to do. Yes, it’s about acclimation.
It’s about figuring out where the clear channel is, where you’re no longer feeling static.
And this is one of the main reasons why you need to move to an understanding of resonance rather than vibration.
Vibration only makes sense within a linear way, where you’re only talking about one or two dimensions. When you’re talking about the integration of yourself across your multi-dimensionality within the whole multi-dimensionality of Earth across the multi-dimensionality of the galaxy, or All That Is, it’s no longer about the linear motion of energy.
It’s about the dynamic motion of energy, and that’s resonance.
Participant: Vibration suggests one thing vibrates like this, and another vibrates like that. That’s about their separateness, right?
Cheryl Marlene:
Exactly. And it’s not separate.
On a vibrational level, this concept of high vibration and low vibration isn’t relative, because that’s not necessarily how you can figure out where the static is and isn’t.
Sometimes the resonance that you need to acclimate to would be regarded as “low vibration.” And then that limits you to one dimension.
One of the other things about resonance is that it’s inherently fluid. Because that resonance is established in the moment of how the interaction connection is going.
Participant: To give an example, sometimes when I receive multi-dimensional experiences, it comes with a lot of downloads, and it rearranges my reality in such a way that it expands all of a sudden. It shifts my reality in such a way that it supports me. The experience is full, it’s not just like knowledge, right? It’s whole. But sometimes, it’s hard on the body. So what do we need to do to support our bodies when we’re all in this expansion of consciousness, in a limited physical environment which doesn’t necessarily support the physical requirements? How do we soften some of those sharp edges?
Cheryl Marlene:
The first thing that would help you is if you shifted how you ground and center.
Instead of just grounding to the Earth, find your balance between Heaven and Earth.
That way, you’re basically grounding and centering to the integration point of you physically and spiritually.
You should be really clear that it’s not that you shouldn’t feel connected to the Earth. But most people, when they ground and center, experience it almost like a physical tether or an anchor.
And that keeps you from responding, it keeps you from learning how to respond to the fluidity around you.
Whereas if you just take a deep breath, bring up the energy of the Earth and take another deep breath and bring down the energy of the Heavens and allow those flows to connect within you wherever you feel center to be, and feel yourself balanced between Heaven and Earth, it allows you to deal with the fluidity of the multi-dimensions in a different way.
Because you’re experiencing a fluidity within your body, that means what you think of as center is going to be fluid as well.
The whole thing is fluid.
So when you get up in the morning, and you put your feet on the ground, take a deep breath and bring the energy of the Earth up through you into your center and then take another breath and bring the energy down.
You feel it coming from the Heavens, whatever that means to you, and into the center of your body.
Your awareness is no longer just tethered to the Earth, because what you’re doing is you are expanding your connection with the Earth across the multiple dimensions of the Earth with All That Is.
Participant: I do that prior to reading the Records, which I notice really makes it pivotal. So, then to take that and integrate it when I wake up in the morning. Thank you!
Cheryl Marlene:
You can do a balance between Heaven and Earth just as a balancing centering process for yourself without going into your Records.
Over time, that should help you be able to manage the downloads of this, because the other thing that that does in a physical body is it helps your pineal gland to become fluid.
You’ve held your physical bodies in a sort of strict structure for so long that that’s become habit. Like that’s the way you are.
So as you’re becoming more and more aware, spiritually, you are integrating.
And that means physically, your bodies have to learn how to be within that integration.
So by balancing between Heaven and Earth, you help especially those parts of yourself that are very aware of physical shifts, like the pineal gland, your heart, your lungs, your brain, and in a certain way, your whole meridian system, because it’s all about how energy flows.
So you’re teaching your physical body, essentially, how to be fluid.
Participant: Just an interesting point to maybe add to this, if that’s all right. So I had a dream just a few weeks ago, which was very activated. And it was amazing. The experience was being in almost like a rock sort of structure. And I could hear what almost sounded like a command. And every time it would command, everything would open up and there were giant crystals everywhere, and everything was crystallizing.
It went on for eternity. It was beautiful.
Cheryl Marlene:
Part of multi-dimensionality is an interaction between different crystalline structures.
Almost like if you think of multi-dimensionality as honeycomb.
When bees make honey, they have hexagonal chambers that the honey goes into.
There’s a way in which multi-dimensionality is crystalline structures connected like the way honeycomb is connected.
But there’s a fluidity that allows other honeycomb to intersect with it so it starts looking like a Venn diagram, but it’s multi-dimensional.
It’s not even just three dimensional. It’s infinite in dimension in terms of how those different structures connect across multiple dimensions.
There is a good example of a linear description of something that’s dynamic.
We are trying to find similar structures that you have in three dimensions to help you to begin to understand what this fluid nature is about. And that’s why, if you are focusing more on resonance, you’re focusing more on balance between Heaven and Earth, that helps you connect to the fluidity of this and being able to be aware of it beyond what you think is possible.
Part of this is that what comes from physical spiritual integration is how you learn, and how you know what you know.
And you tend to think of learning or knowing as linear things. It’s like when you learned one thing, here’s the thing that you know.
Now let’s build on it and add something a little bit different. Okay, now you’ve learned something. Now let’s add something a little bit different. And now you’ve learned something else. But you’re not ever completely stepping into the unknown to learn.
You’re always trying to add to something known rather than stepping into the unknown. Or in order to go to a new point, you can only do that along something that you understand.
And this is the whole point about being excited, or at least letting go of your fear, of the unknown.
Because the only way that you can learn in a fluid way through resonance, through physical spiritual integration, is by being comfortable with stepping into the unknown.
Which for highly productive people is a complete shift in the way you do things. So, five years ago, you made your to do list, and you clicked it off as you did it. So you were kind of looking out 10 steps into the future, because you felt confident of those steps.
Whereas now what you do is you say, I’m interested in doing this, and I think I can do that. And I can do that. So you maybe only see one or two steps. Because even though you’re sure that this is what you want to do, when you look into the future of it, you’re not absolutely sure of those 10 steps.
You may know one, you may know two, but you probably won’t even know three, when you get started. So it’s like you end up learning a piece here and a piece there, and it’s not until you learn those two pieces that you see the connection.
Instead of you learn this piece, you follow a connection to this piece, which takes forever.
So what you are doing is you are increasing your capacity to learn through the unknown, as opposed to learning through what is already known. Which is essentially fundamental to the integration of spirit with matter.
There’s a saying that you are spiritual beings living a physical life.
But really it is that you are physical-spiritual beings learning to live within your physical, spiritual life.
Whereas in the past, you’ve been super, super focused on who you are physically, it’s been more about the mind or about the body and the mind, as opposed to the heart and the soul. So now what you’re learning is not just the heart and the soul.
You’re learning how the heart, the soul, the body, and the mind are all integrated and create for you a multi-dimensional perspective connection to yourselves, to the Earth and to everybody that you come in contact with.
Humanity has done this before, both in this Earth incarnation and in other Earth incarnations, though it’s been at least two to three thousand, maybe even two to three million years since you’ve done it this way, and especially this quickly, that in particular is what’s different about what you’re doing right now.
Usually, this kind of shift within humanity from a linear perspective takes somewhere between one to two thousand years to do, and you’re doing it in about 500 years.
So you’re about halfway through.
And that means that there’s also a very high awareness of dissonance, because there’s a lot of people that have already consciously made the shift, and there’s a lot of people that haven’t.
And so there’s awareness of the dissonance between how different human beings experience life right now.
Whereas 500 years ago, there would have been people that experienced the dissonance, but it would have been a tiny fraction of the population.
The focus was so much on the physical matter of life on Earth rather than spirituality.
A whole lot of this has always been there, it’s just that it’s been perceived differently, and it hasn’t been as accessible as it is now.
And that’s because you are physically changing.
