The Story Begins with the first concept: Everything is Energy.
“I am a Spiritual Guide in the Akashic Records,” I replied to Naomi, my new friend, when she asked me about my occupation. “The ACK-what?” came her response — one I hear frequently. So, I began.
Everything is energy.
That eternal part of yourself – your soul – as it moves through the Universe, like all energy, it creates an energetic record.
This energetic record is your Akashic Record.
Opening your Akashic Record is going into the energy of the origin of your soul and understanding your life from your soul’s point of view.
“Oh,” she thought. “Then you can tell me about my past lives.”
“Yes, in part, but there is more.”
The Akashic Records contain all that’s known, unknown, and unknowable. Though the information contained in one person’s Akashic Record is at least as large as the Library of Congress, the Akashic Records are much more than just information.
The Akashic Records offer a process to connect with the divine knowing of your soul in this moment. When someone opens your Akashic Record, you have access to both information and knowing. You don’t get it all in one large dump truck full. Instead what comes is always in response to your asking, to your intention in this moment. And you only receive what you can integrate in the moment.
When I offer Akashic Record Readings, my clients find that the broad perspective of the Akashic Records reveals options when there didn’t seem to be any before. And though the broadness can seem intimidating, there is comfort and support, clarity about fears and blocks, and paths for release and healing.
“Mmmm…” my friend thought. “But where are these records located, and how do you open them?”
The Akashic Records are in that part of the Universe where there is no physical form, no matter, only pure potential energy. There is no linear time, no resistance, only divine, sacred potential. Many call this space God or divine source.
To enter the Akashic Records, I use a straightforward process of a visualization and a blessing. The process opens a conduit or channel between here and the origin point of the soul where the Akashic Records are accessed. Through this connection I send my conscious intention, and I can interact with the collective awareness or guides of my Records. The response comes in many forms and is unique to each individual but most often is like a conversation with a friend and may include words, feelings, pictures, and sounds.
“Wow!” she exclaimed. “Is it scary?”
When I first learned, it was sometimes confusing. I was not sure if I could trust myself or even the wonderful support I was receiving. Who am I to think that this is real? I’m not a psychic, I am not anybody special.
As I considered my experience and finally quit analyzing, I realized that somehow by accessing the Akashic Records, I was opening a clearer channel to hearing the truth in my heart. The pure energy of the Akashic Records was helping me raise myself to a new vantage point of self-discovery and understanding. I was releasing crippling old fears and finding new possibilities for overcoming obstacles. I was finding deeper peace within, new paths to being present with myself, and powerful ideas for addressing that which no longer served.
Finally, I found that I did trust the Akashic Records and my ability to open them. In my quest to make the Records prove themselves to me, I instead found my path and realized that the truth and trust had always rested within me.
“Amazing!” my friend breathed. “Is it something I can learn?”
“Yes, of course,” I responded. All you need is the belief that you can seek to learn.
The Akashic Records are accessible to all of us — not as a fancy parlor trick, but as a powerful road to self-discovery and soul truth.
“I’m ready to learn,” she said.
