This Breath Now is the focus of you and this creative moment now. This Breath now is at the crossroads between the physical and the spiritual, between this reality and the divine. This is an excerpt from my book Open Your Akashic Records, which is also included in The Akashic Records Masterclass.

Release it slowly.
Take another deep breath, releasing it slowly.
With each inhale, draw in the support of the universe. Maybe only felt as the physical inhaling of oxygen, but this breath comes to you in its journey from potential to form.
No single breath can be until you decide to engage with the universe. This breath is you stepping into the creative motion of the divine. This breath is you responding to the deepest urges to become an active part of All That Is.
Yes, this breath is a physical requirement. But this breath is not just a physical necessity. This breath also animates your spiritual being. Without this breath you would lack any ability, any intention, any desire to participate in this universe of ours. With this breath you find the courage to step out, to risk, to find out about yourself and your place and potential within the glorious world around you.
Hear clearly: this breath is you on the brink of exploration and discovery. This breath is you staking your claim for the beautiful potential that is you. This breath is the wonder of you. This breath is your wonder meeting the wonder of the universe. Like the next drop of water to take the leap over the waterfall, like the next drop of water that encourages a flower to bloom, this breath is your potential to blossom and thrive. Air is just air. Air only becomes breath when you inhale in this moment, this breath.
This breath, as it draws up inside you, brings nourishment — the nourishment you need for your dreams to become reality, for your fears to release, for your power to find its expression. This breath brings the energy for creation, for expansion, for understanding. This breath brings life force connecting you with the fullness and wonder of the universe. This breath takes in all you need to be you, fully and completely, with the promise of unending potential and the connected expression of All That Is.
On the exhale, you release your fears, your blocks, your disappointments for the unending promise of more support, more clarity, more understanding. Letting go of this breath is the ultimate sign of trust. Letting go of this breath, you signify to yourself the power of the continuous infinite flow of the universe. Form of this breath flowing through this exhale returns to dynamic potential. This breath flows and returns for you again and again as this breath. Each return comes not because of any accomplishment or feat on your part. Each return of this breath flows to you because you are willing to take in this breath.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
In comes your acceptance and willingness to take part in this amazing moment.
Out happens because of your trust and your understanding.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
This breath is the universe.
